Arsenal’s manager Arsene Wenger might attempt to rip rivals Manchester United off by taking away one of their most prized possession.
Ravel Morrison is an 18-year-old midfielder who has managed to become a very important part of the reserve team and is considered to be a very valuable asset for United, but has yet to accept a contract extension.
The midfielder has grown frustrated about not being able to break into the first team and rumours have it that he’d be interested in the possibility of a move to Arsenal to play on the Emirates Stadium.
Newcastle also went in with a bid for the midfielder but the offer was snubbed, and having rejected any contract talks with Ferguson’s team the midfielder is now bound to leave the club during the January transfer window as his contract ends in June.
PSG and Barcelona are also rumoured to be interested in the midfielder, but Arsenal are in pole position to secure his signing once they’ll agree on terms with United.
