Arsene Wenger will have an incredibly tough mission against AC Milan given that the Gunners have a huge list of absentees and a very large four goal setback.
If you were wondering how the teams could look here are the most likely line-ups:
Arsenal: Szczesny; Sagna, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Gibbs; Oxlade-Chamberlain, Song, Rosicky, Gervinho; Walcott, Van Persie
AC Milan: Abbiatti; Abate, Mexes, Thiago Silva, Antonini; Nocerino, Van Bommel, Emanuelson; Aquilani; Ibrahimovic, Robinho
Arsene Wenger is due to use four attacking players because he only has Song and Rosicky in the midfield, while Milan will go in the match with a much less attacking team having only two strikers. Robinho and Ibrahimovic are in top form lately so Arsneal’s defensive men will have to watch out for them, but so is Robin Van Persie on the other hand.
The Ox is likely to get another chance of proving his skills at a top level as he’s due to appear somewhere between the midfield and the attack trying to help Walcott or Gervinho on the wings (most likely on the right side).
Do you think that the Gunners will have a chance to smash through the defense and score four goals, thus getting back within reaching distance of knocking AC Milan out of the Champions League?
