It is mixed news for Arsenal at the injury front. Recently, on the sad note, the Gunners lost Bendtner and Walcott to varying degree of injuries but on the brighter side, they welcomed back Chamberlain from a lengthy injury against Aston Villa and also Giroud after the Frenchman missed the last few matches.
Better news for the Gunners as in-form midfielder Welshman Aaron Ramsey is set to return to the squad for the visit of Fulham to the Emirates. The Welshman has been out since Arsenal’s match against West Ham and to that end, he missed the matches against Newcastle, Cardiff, Spurs and Aston Villa.
Should the report be true, that is certainly good news for Arsenal. With Rosicky suffering a nasal injury which Wenger feared could be broken nose. If it is broken nose, the Czech star will be out for some few days ( and with a bit of luck play against Fulham) and with Walcott out, that could leave Arsenal really stretched. With Ramsey’s availability, he would slot in beside Flamini and allow Wilshere switch to the left.
The return of Ramsey strengthens our bench. Either Wilshere or the Welshman would be coming from the bench which can only make the team stronger. Ramsey returns fresher as he had not been rested before getting injured and was already on the verge of been burnt out but after some weeks out, he must have the deserved rest and hopefully to ready to have a goalscoring return.
