According to a report by reliable Armenian media outlet Armenpress state, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan has made it clear to Dortmund he will not be extending his contract with them and has made up his mind he will be signing for Arsenal.
Although the prolific and very versatile player has been linked with Juventus and Chelsea, it is been reported that it is Arsenal that are winning the race to sign him. Armenpress state went as far as claiming the player has agreed personal terms with Arsenal and that he will become an Arsenal player in a matter of days.
This report if true can only mark the end of Theo Walcott at Arsenal. With reports already linking the former Southampton star back to a return to back to St Mary’s or West Ham. The hammers in particular are said to be readying a 20 million bid for the England international.
Should Theo Walcott leave Arsenal and Mkhitaryan replaces him, I doubt any Arsenal fan will be annoyed.
