Wojciech Szczesny is set to make his a second loan move to Seria A side AS Roma permanent this summer after playing at the capital club all through last season.
The Polish international saw his place in the North London club threatened after the arrival of Petr Cech from Chelsea last summer which automatically made him the third choice behind Colombian David Ospina.
Last season, the 26-year-old made 34 appearances for the Seria A club keeping eight clean sheets, despite suffering a broken finger in September.
The Polish international has made no secret of his desire to remain in the Italian capital. The goalkeeper is ready to make the move permanent after it emerged that Arsenal are no longer ready to pay part of his wages. To make space for Szczesny , Roma are ready to send new goalkeeper Allison on loan to Fiorentina after signing him this summer.
