CONFIRMED – Arsenal Target Close To Sign Five Years Contract, Almost Done

After completing the signing of Granit Xhaka and looking like they have also gotten Alvaro Morata, Arsenal according to a report by Daily Echo are set to lose out on one of their key summer target to their Premier League “rivals” Bournemouth.

According to the report by the Echo, Mikael Ndjoli who has constantly been linked with a move to Arsenal is on the verge of signing for Bournement. He was also linked with a move to Crystal Palace but Bournemouth have moved quickly to beat the race of the chasing pack to the signature of the player. He will reportedly be signing a five years contract with the Cherries.

Ndjoli is reportedly seen as one for the future but Bournemouth’s manager Eddie Howe and he will be linking up with the club’s under 21 side. The youngster passed through the highly regard Millwall academy ( that also produced Tim Cahill among others ) and has earned some rave reviews for his maturity and skills. Millwall offered him a professional contract but the player chose to leave.

If the report is true and Mikael Ndjoli has chosen Bournemouth ahead of Arsenal, it will be a shock because it is rare that youngsters reject Arsenal to sign for another club unless they are getting more money and as we know, Bournemouth are unlikely to offer him more money than Arsenal would have offered him.
