Report says Premier League giant Arsenal has now received second request from Premier league rivals Manchester United about Centre-half Laurent Koscielny.
Arsenal now have to sort out the future of Koscielny this summer, after the likes of Mesut ozil and Alexis Sanchez have attracted interest from rival clubs this summer.
Premier league giant Manchester United have made a second enquiry about the availability of centre-half Laurent Koscielny with the aim of negotiating an agreement with Arsenal over a transfer fee for the French international, according to Le 10 Sport.
New Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho ‘s reported initial offer for Koscielny, 30, was turned down by the Gunners last month, but the former Chelsea boss appear to be hell bent to sign a new defender in the mold of Koscielny, as he seem not satisfied with Delay Blind at centre back.
Koscielny, 30, has only 12 month left on his current Arsenal contract. He has told the Fremch media that he is currently focusing on the on-going European championship with his country at the moment.
It’s unlikely the French defender will agree a switch to Manchester United but the last Arsenal player to make the switch was former captain Robin Van Persie in 2012.
Failure to win laurels could make trophy hungry players like Koscielny leave the club, just like Van persie did in 2012.
