According to reports, Arsenal are in talks with the representative of Marquinhos Cipriano, who is impressing for Brazillian club Sao Paolo at present.
Cipriano, 17, is yet to make his senior debut for his club Sao Paolo, but the player tagged as one of the hottest prospects in Brazilian football, and is viewed as a future star of his club’s first-team.
The youngster scored 14 goals in 12 matches for Sao Paolo’s under-17 side, and his club is believed to be keen to keep a hold of the young Brazilian.
Italian champions Juventus are also thought to have made contact with the player’s agent, and despite Sao Paolo’s unwillingness to negotiate his sale, could be forced to lose him, due to a clause in his contract.
The Wonderkid is available for £23 Million (or €30 Million), and could become the latest Brazillian to make the bold move to Europe from South America.
Central defender Gabriel Paulista is the only current Arsenal player who is also from Brazil, and could help the wonderkid to settle down properly in North London should he move to Arsenal.
A work permit for the Brazilian could well prove a problem, although it could be approved on appeal, due to the fee his signature would require
