Arsenal and Tottenham are ready to battle each other for Real Madrid star Isco, who according to report would be out of contract in 2018.
Spanish news outlet Diario Madridista claims that north London rivals will come to blows in securing the services of the Spaniard should Real decide to sell him.
However, in signing the star, the duo north London club could face serious competition from another Premier League club Manchester City as they are also believed to be interested in striking out a deal for him.
His former club Malaga are also said to be lining-up a lucrative deal in bringing him back to the club. He will be out of contract in 2018, but it’s believed Real might be tempted by a mouth-watering bid to selling their star playmaker.
Isco revealed earlier this week that his former club – the Galaticos – has not been keeping up with approaching Real with an improved contract offer. Marca quote him saying, “The truth is that I have not yet thought about it, nor have they asked me to renew, so I am calm. I take it day by day, which is important.
“It seems a little weird [that Real haven’t spoken about it yet], but I can’t do anything.
“If they don’t want me to renew, I won’t go asking for it. It’s something for the club to decide, not me.”
