Arsenal now all set to finally submit their £30m for long term target Julian Draxler as British tabloid making the rounds claims the Gunners are set to make their finally bid for the German international.
This would see the German winger earning north of the Sanchez’s proposed £200,000-A-Week deal should he completes his move to the Emirates when the transfer windows reopens in January.
Draxler has been Arsene Wenger’s long-term admirer and as been long linked with a move to Arsenal. The German international is both footed and well-known for his speed and intensity in one-on-one situations. However, he is mainly deployed as a left winger but report had claimed he can also be deployed as a right winger and as an attacking midfielder.
During his youth career with Schalke, he was deployed mainly as an attacking midfielder where he always felt most at home. Additionally, he is also known for possession a powerful and impressive shot.
He was heavily linked with Arsenal in the summer but was denied a move away from the club. He has reiterated his desire to leave the club once again, after being booed by his own fans.
Report has also made it known that Draxler is almost certain to be sold when the transfer window reopens with Wenger willing to spend big to finally land his target.
Recent events suggest it is highly likely that Draxler will leave Wolfsburg this winter, or at the very latest this summer, and Wenger’s interest in the player is well-known.
