Arsenal Banter brings you latest update on Arsenal news from top media sites like Daily Mail, Metro, The Express, The Independent, The Telegraph, SkySports and so on.
The Gunners have not relented in their effort to sign AS Monaco star Kylian Mbappe according to several reports.
Arsene Wenger managed to bring in Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer and Alexandre Lacazette in a club record deal before the beginning of the pre-season tour on Thursday.
The Arsenal manager is known to have been keeping an eye on Mbappe whom he attempted to sign last summer.
And according to the Daily Express, Arsenal have now made an official offer for the striker who broke into the AS Monaco first team last season.
The Gunners have reportedly offered the astronomical sum of €140.6 million (£123.3million) for the highly-rated youngster.
Wenger’s first offer for Mbappe earlier this summer was turned down by the newly crowned Ligue 1 champions.
The much-coveted teenager is also a transfer target for Chelsea and Real Madrid but he is yet to make a decision over his future at Monaco.
