Arsenal Banter brings you latest update on Arsenal news from top media sites like Daily Mail, Metro, The Express, The Independent, The Telegraph, SkySports and so on.
Everton FC are reportedly planning to make an offer worth £30m for long time Arsenal winger and English international, Theo Walcott.
Everton are financially buoyant after raising some cash at the sale of Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United earlier this month and Walcott could be willing to leave the Gunners for Everton since it would see him playing more consistently.
Everton recently lost one of their wingers in Yannick Bolasie due to a serious injury, so Walcott moving to Everton would be a right move.
Walcott found the net 19 times across all competitions for Arsenal last season, proving he can still thrill the audience with his impressive performance. At only 28 years old, Walcott should still be able to deliver for several more seasons if he can remain healthy.
This transfer should have a reasonable chance of being sealed, as Walcott and Everton would both benefit from the move.
Walcott would likely be given a permanent spot in the Everton lineup, while Everton are in dire need of a winger and certainly have the funds available to buy Walcott.
As long as Arsenal are truly willing to sell Theo, then Everton would seem the best possible destination for him to go to.
