Arsenal and Manchester United could be set to compete for the services of Real Madrid player Marco Asensio this summer, as per reports in Spain
Spanish outlet Don Balon, as cited by the Daily Star, is claiming that the two English clubs are both willing spend huge in their bid to bring the 21-year-old to England this summer.
Asensio is widely regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Spanish football but struggles to land a permanent spot in the fiirst team at Real Madrid.
The same report further stated that Serie A champions Juventus are also targeting the youngster this summerand will increase their interest if they end up selling Paulo Dybala to Barcelona.
However, despite the apparent interest in Asensio from three of Europe’s top club, Real Madrid manager Florentino Perez is not ready to release him this summer, according to the story.
Manchester United are on the lookout for their summer signing, after having acquired the signatures of Victor Lindelof and Romelu Lukaku.
