Arsenal face off with their London Rivals Chelsea for the Community Shield on Sunday afternoon.
The Gunners go into this weekend’s games with an almost fully-fit squad. Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey were not present on Thursday for training but are expected to play against the Premier League champions.
“Basically everyone available to choose from,” Wenger said to reporters at the pre-game press conference.
“Today in training we didn’t have Ozil, but he should be alright, and Ramsey, who should be alright as well.
“Ramsey had a little muscular problem, and Ozil a a little ankle problem. They will train on Saturday.”
Francis Coquelin, however, will be watching from the sideline on Sunday after sustaining an injury during the Emirates Cup.
Alexis Sanchez will likely not appear in the game after missing training due to a flu. The Chile international’s future at the Emirates is hanging in doubts after refusing to sign an extension for the club.
Ozil is also in the final year of his contract, however, the Germany international has hinted he intends to remain at the North London club.
Club record summer signing Alexandre Lacazette is available for selection. The France international has shown good prospect after netting one against Sevilla last week.
The Community Shield will be played on Sunday at Wembley stadium, kick-off is scheduled for 14:00 (GMT).
