Sahin Deal Agreed?
Spanish media outlet ‘Marca’ are reporting that a deal for Real Madrid’s Nuri Sahin has been agreed with a “Big Premier League Club”.
The media outlet then suggested that the club was Arsenal, although since then the article has been edited to say, “he may join a Premier league Club”. Suggesting that at this point in time, no deal has been agreed, however a deal with a club may be in place.
Originally Sahin was set to join North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in a part exchange plus £20 million deal that would see Croatian Luka Modric move to Real Madrid, however it’s understood that Sahin was unwilling to leave Real Madrid on a permanent deal.
The reason behind this, is that Sahin, wants to have further success with Madrid and he is not willing to leave the Spanish Champions after just one season. He signed a six-year deal with Jose Mourinho’s side when he was bought for £8million last summer from German Champions Borussia Dortmund but made just 10 appearances in his debut season.
The midfielder is willing to leave on-loan though in order to continue playing first team football, while he waits for his opportunity in Spain to arise. Sahin is currently 4th in the pecking order for a midfield position however the German born player realises that his chances of playing will get even lower should Luka Modric, or any midfielder be brought to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
I would not read too much into this deal just yet, as the news came quite suddenly, plus what will happen to Santi Cazorla should Sahin be brought in? As always take every transfer rumour with a pinch of salt, as nothing is certain until the player signs on the dotted line.
undoubtedly wenger should bring in sahin.
coz bringing cazorla means wenger has to spend approximately 20£millions.
where as sahin can b bought on a loan move.

ramsey n other youngsters playing time hampered.
Tht would mean they can’t develope much unless sent on loan to other teams….
whereas bringing sahin means…its just a move to cover asrenal’s injured players

so if sahin proves to b a revelation
Thn maybe he can b signed permanently.
sahin can play as a playmaker,he’s a natural playmaker indeed.
but cazorla is experienced n brilliant at possession play.
but malaga are asking for too much money…

cazorla would b a clever signing Tht signifies arsenal epl title passion…
if not cazorla….a loan move for sahin would b good
we need a defender. man city exposed us with easy tactics that a good defence could not have broken down that easy.
Cazorla deal is dead if they want 20 million plus it aint goin to happen,sahin would be awesome hes quality provided he comes with the right attitude. I hope wenger has a left back in his sights also.
