I just hope that the other part of his statement, that Nuri Sahin could come on loan from Real Madrid for a year, also comes true.
This could well have been Wenger’s masterplan all along. Sell a player who has just had a great season, but may be not quite what you need this time, and you don’t even have to spend any money to replace him. Nuri Sahin has got great talent, having won German Bundesliga player of the year before Madrid snapped him up. He has hardly kicked a ball in anger since then, however, so will take time to show his worth.

MATIAS SUAREZ not to get confused. A striker with PACE. We do not have a striker with pace and he knows where the goal. There is a Maradona look about him.

Yes … they have an entrenched view that will not change. They are as obstinate as the man they still claim is a genius. They don’t understand that Wenger won so much in the earlier years because he inherited the old defence (plus Keown plus Sol – who was brought in by Dein). RVP and Song leaving (and Walcott as far as I am concerned) mark the final collapse of the Wenger grand plan of the last few wasted years. It has failed .. and we have to start again.
Wenger is a bloody liar. A few days ago, he was telling the whole world that Song is going nowhere. Song is not for sale, his case is not like Robin, he still has 3 years in his contract and bla bla bla. Less than 72 hrs he made the statement, the story changed. Arsenal has agreed the sale of Song to Barcelona. Wenger is the best manager that Arsenal had ever had, there is no doubt about that , but I am afraid, this man may take Arsenal from top level to zero level if care is not taken. Wenger is no more the brilliant football manager we know. He is now a business manager. Winning trophies is no more the objective, it is making profits. God helps we the fans.

Yesterday we saw the new era start to emerge against Sunderland. OK, we didn’t score but we will be less dominant in many a match and score a hatful of goals.

Arsenal Fans are as loyal as they get, we have watched and supported as a bunch of greedy and selfish stooges took us to the cleaners.Think abt this 7 ,nw looking like 8, years without a trophy has been a process of weeding out the fake from real supporters as I’m sure all fakes have already made the “walk of shame”,assuming they have shame, to chelsea and man shity respectively.
