Having netted 19 goals across all competition in the 2016-17 season, Theo Walcott should be assured of a permanent spot in the Gunners team next season.
It is a known fact that the 28-year old is yet to come fully into himself and he still has a lot in store, although the Englishman could still make his goals 20 if he appears in his side’s FA Cup final on Sunday with Chelsea.
Walcott took to twitter on Monday to show his appreciation to the Arsenal fans for their unending love and support all through the season, but the response he got from the fans was negative.
There are still a lot of supporters that are loyal to Walcott at the Emirates Stadium, but a large number think it is time for the former Southampton player to say his goodbyes at the club after failing to earn himself a spot in the first team.
There would be no shortage of clubs willing to pay for his signature should he decide to leave Emirates Stadium this summer in search of greener pastures after a difficult time at Arsenal.

@theowalcott Thanks to you still maturing and never actually developing into the player that we were promised all those years back!
