Arsenal Banter brings you latest update on Arsenal news from top media sites like Daily Mail, Metro, The Express, The Independent, The Telegraph, SkySports and so on.
Several Arsenal fans have expressed their frustration at the silly performance of Danny Welbeck during last weekend’s trashing by Stoke City.
Arsene Wenger’s men lost ground in the title race on Saturday as the Potters defeated them 1-0 while the league leaders Manchester United beat Swansea City.
The match saw the French manager make a few tactical changes to his starting line-up but Welbeck was left alone in his position beside Alexandre Lacazette in the frontline.
And that decision from Wenger produced nothing god for the Gunners as Olivier Giroud was forced to be brought in as a substitute in the latter stages of the game as Stoke kept a clean sheet against the North Londoners.
Most fans have expressed their frustration following the loss which handed Arsenal an early set-back in their contention for the Premier League title.
And much of the blame has been put on Danny Welbeck’s shoulders, it almost seem like the Gunners fans held a consensus to get Wenger to sell him…
The fact that Welbeck still starts for this football club is exactly why we won't win the league any time soon.

Danny Welbeck is playing 90 minutes and Lucas Perez is leaving. My head is spinning

Welbeck works hard but he's unfortunately not Arsenal quality. He deserves to be sold now.
