The agent of Udinese midfielder Jakub Jankto has revealed to the Italian media that his client is a great admirer of English football and has huge admiration for Arsenal in particular.
The Czech international has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent months.
Calciomercato have reported on comments Beppe Riso made to Italian TV when asked about the future of Jankto. “He likes Arsenal, he is a lover of English football, and he likes Juve, Inter and other teams as well. He’s a young man, 21, and must be calm and think only of Udinese, then we’ll see. I see him more in the Premier League than in other championships, yes.”
Last season report emerged that Arsenal sent scout to observe Jankto in a game between Torino and Udinese.
This wasn’t the first time the North London club will reportedly be spotted in Italy to monitor the development of the Czech youngster, with claims they were even checking up on him on loan at Ascoli the previous season.
