According to reports, Roma are reportedly ready to offer Arsenal £14m to make Wojciech Szczesny’s loan permanent in the summer.
The Poland international is currently into his second season-long loan with the Italian club and he has established him as the first-choice goalkeeper at the Stadio Olimpico.
The report also went on revealing that the Italian giants have been considering making the Poland goalkeeper loan move permanent since December and they are now ready to hold talks with the Gunners.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the Serie A side are prepared to table a bid of £14m for the 26-year-old in the hope a deal can be struck.
Szczesny’s current contract with Arsenal has 18 months to run and as of yet he has not been offered an extension.
That has sparked speculation the Gunners could be open to selling the Polish goalkeeper if they receive a suitable offer.
