Arsenal Banter brings you latest update on Arsenal news from top media sites like Daily Mail, Metro, The Express, The Independent, The Telegraph, SkySports and so on.
News from the Premier League as Arsenal’s new home, away and third kits have been leaked, with an overall disappointed reaction overall. This will be Puma’s fourth season with Arsenal, and it’s fair to say that the reaction to their kits have been mixed.
For the new home kit, a darker shade of red has been used, although it isn’t as dark as the redcurrant colour used in 2005-06 (see below). White raglan sleeves return and a red buttoned collar is used, trimmed in white. White shorts will be used like normal.
The new away shirt is not dissimilar to Swansea’s 2016-17 away kit, with the kit fading from light blue at the top to navy at the bottom, with the effect continuing on to the navy shorts. Navy bars appear on the shoulders and sleeves, with a simple round-neck collar in light blue.
The third shirt is a complete departure from previous Arsenal kits. Earlier information revealed that the third kit would be black, but what we didn’t know was that it would be trimmed in PINK (yes, pink). It comes in the same template as the home kit, but now the main body is dark grey heather and the raglan sleeves are black. All the accents are bright pink, including the monochromatic badge.
