Arsenal are reportedly looking to sign Lucas Moura on a temporary basis before the end of the transfer window, according to ESPN FC
The Brazilian has struggled for regular game time at Paris Saint-Germain this season, and he is expected to say his goodbyes at Parc des Princes by the end of the transfer window.
The Gunners have been linked with an interest in the ex-Sao Paulo in the past, and ESPN suggests that they are seemingly the favorite to sign the wide-player, who has been earmarked as a potential replacement for departed duo Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Despite this, the Gunners are only considering a short-term loan for the 25-year-old, and this could hinder any prospect of a deal, considering Paris Saint-Germain are aiming to balance their financial books with the sale of the Brazil international.
Moura has earned just six outings for the French outfit from the bench this term, and it would be a huge surprise if he opts to pursue a fresh challenge with the Gunners, where he may find himself in a similar situation.
Aside from Arsenal, the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United have been credited with an interest in Moura, though the latter are likely to back-off with the signing of Gunners forward Alexis Sanchez.
