The Daily Mail is suggesting that Arsenal might now be able to sign Poland international striker Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich.
Here is the theory, Arsenal fans, the Polish striker has become increasingly unsettled at the Bayern Munich and even though a Bayern offer is on the table for the striker, the Pole has revealed that he is set to consider offers from other suitors and would like a move to the English Premier League, so of course Arsenal having been linked to the player, might be his possible destination.
Nothing concrete yet, the prolific striker scored 42 goals for Bayern Munich last year at almost a goal per game and if reports of a poor relationship between him and Pep Guardiola were true then Pep’s move to Man City would have solved this.
If the rumour happens to be true, the next question will be how could Arsenal beat other EPL suitors to the transfer of this top quality centre forward?
The Champions league opportunity offered by Arsenal has put the Gunners in pole position couple with the fact that he could be lining against great players like Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez in the squad Arsenal would surely look a good prospect.
According to The Sun, the Gunners are planning a £27 million transfer swoop for his teammate Mario Gotze, Gotze is at Munich with Lewandowski and they both enjoyed good years at Borussia Dortmund as well.
