According to Daily Express , English Premier League champions Leicester City have slapped a price tag of £10million on their youngster Ben Chilwell.
The highly-rated left full back has been the subject of interest from Premier League clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal since the start of the year, but any clubs keen on his services must pay up.
Report suggests that Liverpool have already tabled a bid of around £7m, including add-ons, for the young 19-year-old which the Leicester are likely to reject as it does not meet their valuation of the younster.
Chilwell is relatively unknown, despite being highly rated at Leicester. He does seem like a hugely promising young talent though, and Klopp may be able to get the best out of him.
The youngster progressed swiftly through the ranks at Leicester after being named the club’s Academy Player of the Year for the 2014/15 season, beating Elliott Moore and Matty Miles to the award.
He is a fleet-footed left-back, comfortable supporting his centre-back with strong defensive work and driving into the attacking sector to deliver a pinpoint cross into the penalty area.
