CONFIRMED By BBC, Arsenal On VERGE Of Signing €25m Walcott Replacement

Report says Sofiane Boufal is expected to leave French club Lille in order to win titles, and now Le10 Sport suggests Arsenal are preparing a move for the 22-year old star.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been a huge admirer of Lille striker and keen on to bring him to the Emirates with offer €25m bid for his signature, but reports suggest that London rival Chelsea are ready to sign the French man.

Lot of European clubs have expressed interest in Boufal, but reports suggest that La Liga champions Barcelona have been on the verge to seal the deal for the 22-year old star as reported back in May.

“We did have a meeting with the leadership of FC Barcelona in the last few weeks. There is an interest,” Yvan Le Mée told Le10 sport.

The deal has not materialized, and now Arsenal has a good chance to finally lure the attacking midfielder to the Emirate stadium.

Boufal, 22, has good dribbling skills and his pace and technique can stretch defenses to the breaking point. The young lad is however still a rough diamond in need of polishing. He also has great potentials.
