Former Arsenal player Tony Adams has returned to Arsenal to coach Arsenal’s prestigious Hale academy Under-18 side.
The Arsenal Legend is the latest ex-Gunner to join the likes of former French international striker Thierry Henry and Freddie Ljungberg to coach the teenagers. The Legend has been taking sessions with the youngster from last Wednesday.
The ex-Arsenal captain Adams, won 4 league titles as well as 3 FA Cups and 2 League Cups in a beautiful spell at North London, is being lined up to coach the Gunners’ Under-18s team.
Report says no deal has been agreed with the Legend yet, but discussions have been held with Adams about taking up a role within the club’s academy set-up.
The former Arsenal defender Adams is still revered by Arsenal fans following his heroic career with the Gunners. Indeed, there is a statue of the one-club-man located outside the Emirates Stadium in honor of his glowing service to the club.
