Arsenal certainly need to sign a striker this summer and Arsenal fans would ideally have loved if the deal to bring a striker to the club this summer has been sorted before now. Unfortunately the European Championship has impaired Arsenal’s business in the transfer window but with the championship almost over, Arsenal’s moves in the transfer window is reportedly picking up.
According to reports, Arsenal are ready to purchase Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid but Madrid are said to be demanding for too much money hence Arsenal are shifting their focus elsewhere. Wenger has reportedly met with the agents of Romelu Lukaku of Everton and Alexandre Lacazette of Olympic Lyon. Both players will cost in excess of £110 million and Wenger is CERTAINLY not going to spend so much on two players and sincerely neither do we need to buy two strikers.
A wing forward and a centre forward is good enough. Everton are said to be willing to sell Lukaku for anything between £60 million and £75 million though there are reports that the Belgian could be gotten for £45 million while Lacazette is said to be available for £45 million but can be gotten for £34.5 million.
