According to The Daily Mail, Arsenal will have to cough out as much as £52 million for the services of German champion Julian Draxler from Wolfsburg this summer. British tabloid reports that the Gunners are interested in signing the German star this summer.
Reports indicate Draxler has expressed a desire to depart the club and Arsenal is keen on signing the youngster. As reported by Daily Mail, Draxler will be permitted to leave the German club for a fee in the region of £52m.
The 22-year-old Germany international is undoubtedly one of the most promising youngsters in Europe and has played over 130 league matches in the Bundesliga.
The attacker scored five goals and created 36 chances in 21 German league matches for Wolfsburg last season.
The German joined Bundesliga club Wolfsburg from rivals Schalke in the summer of 2015.
Draxler scored 3 goals and created 13 chances in nine Uefa Champions League matches during last season.
He scored one goal and created six chances in 5 matches for Germany at the recently concluded European Championship in France.
