If recent reports in the media are anything to go by, then I believe we are getting close to sign Leicester and Algerian playmaker Riyad Mahrez in an enormous deal this summer.
According to an earlier report from Daily Mirror, it claims the Foxes midfielder has decided to move to the Premier League runner up and the two clubs are set to agree a fee of £42m to complete the Algerian transfer.
The Algerian player for his superb was awarded with the PFA Player of the Year award in the Foxes title winning campaign. He netted 17 goals and provided 10 assists in 37 Premier League games for Leicester City in the last campaign under the management of Claudio Ranieri.
He can play anywhere in the attacking third, however, last season he mainly played as a right-winger for Leicester.
At the Emirates, Alexis Sanchez covers the left hand side of the attack and our record signing Mesut Ozil starts as the central attacking midfielder. If the Algerian playmaker does end up signing for Arsenal, he will start on the right hand side of the attack probably the Gunner manager prefer using the 4-3-3 formation.
Below is a look on how we cold line up with Mahrez in the upcoming campaign as suggested by the Metro.
