According to reports Arsenal could have be given boost in signing Shkodran Mustafi as there are reports that Valencia are reportedly in talks with Manchester City to sign Eliaquim Mangala should in case the German finally completes his move to the Emirates stadium.
The German world-cup winner has been strongly linked with a move to the Emirates stadium and as appeared as the Gunners top target in replacing Per Mertesacker in other to strengthen their squad ahead of this weekend’s Premier League opener against Liverpool.
