Arsenal are reportedly among European top-host club vying for the signature of Ivorian and Manchester City’s midfielder Yaya Toure, according to report from Italian media Calciomercato via the Mirror.
Top European clubs in the likes of the Juventus, Inter Milan, and Even Manchester United are said to be top clubs interested in the Ivory Coast international midfielder.
Toure as per reports, as fallen out of favour under Etihad new manager Pep Guardiola who has marked the Ivorian to be surplus to requirement at the Etihad stadium.
However, his move to the Emirates would be productive for the Gunners with the uncertainties surrounding the future of Mesut Ozil with Arsenal, Toure could be an ideal replacement for the German.
Arsenal could be interested in Yaya Toure and definitely he will be an ideal addition to the squad but the Ivorian age could be another issue that could deter his move to the Emirates as he’s currently aged 33-years and turns 34 next year May.
