Arsene Wenger’s fate has been decided in the Football Association hearing earlier this evening, he has been given a four game touchline ban following his outburst in the game against Burnley.

Wenger admitted he had a professional misconduct when he confronted and shoved fourth official, Anthony Taylor when he was sent off to the stands by refree Jon Moss.

The touchline ban will take effect tomorrow when the Gunners plays against Southampton in the FA Cup and Arsenal have said it will not be appealed.

Wenger was also fined 25,000 Pounds.

His absence would be felt in the next four matches against Southampton, Watford, Chelsea and Hull City unless Arsenal require an FA Cup replay, in which case he will return for Hull with the replay taking its place.
