Arsenal Banter brings you latest update on Arsenal news from top media sites like Daily Mail, Metro, The Express, The Independent, The Telegraph, SkySports and so on.
According to reports emerging from Spain, Arsenal and Valencia have come to an agreement over the transfer of Francis Coquelin who is still tied to the club for another three more years.
This transfer has picked up a lot of speed all through Monday with the reports breaking he was up for sale only in the afternoon.
On Monday evening it was reported that Arsenal and the Spanish side were in advanced talks for the midfielder who is still contracted to Arsenal until June 2021 but that no deal has been struck with the player.
It seems this has changed.

Coquelin failed to make the Arsenal squad that was humiliated against Forest in the FA Cup on Sunday and the news that he was up for sale was not seen coming to say the least.
Perhaps Arsene Wenger has decided to let his fringe players go this winter.
