According to UOL, via Sport Witness, Ramires could be set to leave Bahia and join Arsenal in the next transfer window.
The report further claims that Arsenal are leading the race to sign the midfielder, with Spanish giants Atletico Madrid also said to be holding an interest.
The 18-year-old midfielder has made 11 senior appearances for Bahia this season, scoring once and assisting two.
Ramires is known as a defensive midfielder and is thought to be one of the most promising midfielders in Brazil.
Arsenal now look set to complete a deal for Ramires as they look to bolster their youth academy ranks.
