Arsenal get their first points of the season…..finally

Mikel Arteta’s side has finally managed to get their first points of the season and get their 21/22 Premier League season firmly underway.

Indeed, whilst many would have been predicting the Gunners to overcome the challenge of Norwich City when the two sides met, there will have been a tense atmosphere at the Emirates Stadium throughout the whole contest as they have proven that a sure-thing is never something to believe in when it comes down to the football.

The game was scrappy and the goal particularly summarised the match rather well as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted the only goal of the game as he bundled it in after various moments of pinball were played in the penalty area and with the goalposts. With the way the goal went in, the Gabon international and Arsenal skipper might want to check out the best AU online casino and try his hand at them.

Mikel Arteta will have been feeling the pressure on his shoulders ahead of kick-off and throughout the international break that has just taken place, but it seems their bad start may have just been able to have come to an end and will hopefully inspire his players and provide them with the confidence to start climbing up the table and get to where they want to be – although Martin Odegaard’s comments are still a tad too ambitious and perhaps laughable for some.

The Spanish manager has revealed that there appears to be a stone being turned within his team, as he mentioned that the last 15 days had been the best days he has ever had in football and that it helped him to find a purpose for why he was doing the role that he was doing.

In fact, the international break period may have provided the Gunners’ faithful with an opportunity to recharge and forget about things for a little, as the fans in the stadium on Saturday appeared to be in buoyant mood, although that may have been down to the squad selection that Arteta decided to go with. Or, maybe many of them decided to use the best real money online casino possible ahead of the kick-off?!

He handed out debuts for Aaron Ramsdale, as well as providing Japan international, Takehiro Tomiyasu the chance to play from the beginning, with both doing their jobs well and providing a little excitement whilst on the pitch.

Hopefully, the worst is done for Arsenal and that things will only pick up further for the club after getting their first points on the board, although their test at Turf Moor against Burnley next Saturday might prove to be a rather difficult challenge and one that may not end in victory.
