With the international break currently in full flow, there is not much to talk about regarding club football at the moment, which has led to a number of transfer rumours being created and published in various reports around the world.
Transfer season is not for another few months, however January will come around pretty quickly and Arsenal could be a side that will look to make an addition or two to their squad in the winter as Mikel Arteta looks to continue with the good work that the side has managed to achieve thus far.
Despite a disappointing start to the Premier League campaign, the Gunners are currently on a 10 game unbeaten run across all competitions and have crept up the table rather quietly, which has seen punters look to try and find the best casino bonuses at www.netti-kasino.org as they have been encouraged by how well the Londoners have turned things around.
According to recent reports, it would seem that Arsenal could be looking at a striker that is currently on the books at Real Madrid and could look to try and take advantage of the situation that the individual has found himself in recently.
AS (via Sport Witness) wrote a detailed article on the highs and lows of Luke Jovic’s career at Los Blancos recently and appeared to look into the possibility of the Serbian leaving the club in the January transfer window.
They started the article by writing about his stats, with the player only having managed to achieve a total of 95 minutes under Carlo Ancelotti thus far this season, with those minutes coming across seven appearances in La Liga and the UEFA Champions League. As Sport Witness mentioned, it is clear that the forward is not getting enough time on the pitch, whilst the Spanish media outlet states he is ‘willing to listen to offers’ about a switch in a few months time.
It does state that the former Bundesliga wonderkid has dreams of being successful at Real Madrid, but understands that he needs to apply logic to his situation and that he needs to make a change before it is too late. He has been trying to force his way into the first-team picture by putting the effort in on the pitch, but Ancelotti does not seem to be rewarding him.
The report does not mention a specific destination clearly, but they claim Arsenal are ‘especially’ interested in bringing him to the Premier League. The Gunners have been linked with Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic, but that move looks unlikely given the agent is refusing to accept the calls being made.
As mentioned by Sport Witness, no transfer fee for a permanent move has been mentioned, nor has how a temporary switch could be structured, but with his deal running until 2025, an opportunity for a short-term deal to see how things go could be on the cards.
Arsenal appear to have a good relationship with Real Madrid at the moment, given the moves of Martin Odegaard and Dani Ceballos in recent memory, so perhaps that relationship can work between the two clubs once again?
