Mikel Arteta set to be backed in the transfer window

According to a recent report, it would appear as though Mikel Arteta could be handed a cash boost this winter.

Perhaps as a reward for their fine start to the 2022/23 Premier League season, in which we have seen the Gunners climb to the top of the table and continue to put in fine performances. Indeed, these displays have attracted the interest of many, including those who continue to use www.nhacaiuytin8888.com for all of their betting needs, as they are able to get the best bonuses and odds available.

And, if reports are to be believed, there may be more heading to the platform as it seems Arsenal could be about to get another financial windfall that can be used in the upcoming transfer window.

According to The Sun, it has been claimed that £50 million could be made available to the club to purchase new players in January, with the club wanting to ensure their unlikely charge for a Premier League title. Indeed, this is something that Arteta is also wary of, with it believed that he wants to recruit a further two new bodies as a minimum.

After providing the manager with £130 million in the summer, it also appears Stan Kroenke is ready to bank roll another spending spree, too.

So, which players are thought to be on the wishlist of the Arsenal manager?

It is claimed the Gunners could look to revive their interest in Brazilian Danilo, with the 21-year-old continuing to perform well for Palmeiras at the moment. The Brazilian Serie A leaders were not interested in selling their hot prospect when the English club were initially interested, but with the season ending before the beginning of the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup, they may be more willing to strike a deal in January. It is claimed a £26 million bid could be made.

Additionally, players such as Shakhtar Donetsk’s young Ukrainian international Mykhaylo Mudryk and Villarreal’s exciting 20-year-old Yeremy, who would both cost somewhere in the region of £25m, are also thought to be on the list of potential targets for Arteta.

One man that is unlikely to be on their list is failed target Douglas Luiz, with the Brazilian having recently signed a new long-term contract at Aston Villa, where he will now be managed by former Gunners boss, Unai Emery.

Naturally, there will be a lot of talk between now and the end of January, though, and with so much football still left to be played before the start of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the club will want to make sure they are still at the top of the Premier League table.
